Can I receive my order in two separate shipments?
If one of the items in your order is being restocked, it is possible to arrange a first shipment with the products currently in stock. Yes, you can choose to collect your order in-store. To do so, simply select the "Click & Collect" option during the shipping method selection at checkout. What should I do if I am absent during the delivery of my parcel?
If you are absent when the delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a notice. This notice will include the date of the next delivery attempt or the pickup point where your parcel can be collected. You may have the option, using the information on the delivery notice, to reschedule the delivery date or choose a different pickup point. In both cases, it is important to act quickly to ensure your request is taken into account. If you missed the deadline to collect your parcel, don’t worry! The parcel will automatically be returned to us after about two weeks. Once it has arrived back at our facility, we will contact you to offer a reshipment (return shipping fees may apply) or a refund, according to your preference.
