My parcel shows as delivered in the tracking but I have not received it.

The delivery of your order is handled by third-party carriers and is not the responsibility of Mors And More.


If your parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot find it, first check your mailbox and ask your neighbors if they received it on your behalf.


If you still cannot locate your parcel within the day, you must dispute the delivery. We recommend contacting the carrier promptly to report the issue.


At the same time, please contact us and provide the following documents:


  • A photocopy of the recipient’s ID card (front and back)
  • A sworn statement of non-receipt of the parcel (including the date and order details), signed by the recipient, or a police report.


We will then contact the carrier directly to support your delivery dispute. Please note that the carrier’s investigation may take several weeks, which is beyond our control.
