Can I receive my order in two separate shipments?

If one of the items in your order is being restocked, it is possible to arrange a first shipment with the products currently in stock. You have two options:

• Place two separate orders: one with the items that are available, and a second with the restocked item(s). The first order will be shipped within the usual timeframe, and the second will be sent once your item becomes available.
• Contact us to request a split shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the second delivery.

➡️ Split shipments are not automatic. Orders are shipped only once all items are in stock, unless a specific request is made.
