What should I do if I am absent during the delivery of my parcel?
If you are absent when the delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a notice. This notice will include the date of the next delivery attempt or the pickup point where your parcel can be collected.
You may have the option, using the information on the delivery notice, to reschedule the delivery date or choose a different pickup point. In both cases, it is important to act quickly to ensure your request is taken into account.
If you miss the delivery despite having scheduled an appointment with the carrier, you should contact the carrier as soon as possible to arrange a new delivery.
⚠️ If you miss multiple delivery attempts or do not collect your parcel from the pickup point, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. You will be refunded once we receive the parcel. You can then place a new order if you wish.
