I was unable to pick up my parcel at the Mondial Relay point.
If you missed the deadline to collect your parcel, don’t worry! The parcel will automatically be returned to us after about two weeks. Once it has arrived back at our facility, we will contact you to offer a reshipment (return shipping fees may apply) or a refund, according to your preference.
