I haven't received my order confirmation email — what should I do?

An order confirmation email is automatically sent after each order is validated. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk or spam folder, as it may have been filtered.


Please note that the email is sent to the address linked to your customer account. If you have multiple email addresses, be sure to check all of them.


If, after these checks, you still can't find the confirmation email, feel free to contact our customer service. To help us locate your order faster, please provide your order number if you have it, or otherwise your full name.
