How do I request a return?

To request a return, please go to the “Order History & Details” section in your customer account and follow these steps:

1️⃣ Select the relevant order

2️⃣ Check the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason

3️⃣ Tick “Confirm my return”

4️⃣ Send your item(s) along with the order number in suitable packaging
