Can my order be shipped in two separate deliveries?

Splitting your order into two shipments is not automatic. Orders are usually shipped only when all items are in stock.

However, if one or more products are on backorder, it is possible to request an initial shipment with the available items. Please contact us to arrange this. Note that additional shipping fees may apply for the second shipment.

If you haven’t placed your order yet, the easiest option is to place two separate orders: one for the items currently in stock and another for the backordered products. The first order will be shipped within the usual timeframe, and the second will be dispatched as soon as the items become available.
