# What are your return conditions?

The returned product must be **unused, with its original tags attached and in its original packaging**. It must not have been worn or used. Exchange fees (return and re-shipment) are covered by Vestride for the entire range of airbags. For all other products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return meets the above conditions, you may choose either **a refund to your original payment method or store credit**. Please allow 2 to 6 days after we receive your return for the refund or credit to be processed, minus the original shipping fees, whether they were initially free or not.
