# I haven’t received my refund, what should I do?

If you have made a return, please allow up to 7 days for our team to process it after receiving the package at our warehouse. The refund procedure is completed once the contents and [return conditions](https://vestride.com/gb/content/7-exchanges-and-returns) have been verified.

After the refund is processed, it usually takes 24 to 48 business hours for the amount to appear on your bank account.
