# I haven't received my order confirmation email — what should I do?

An order confirmation email is automatically sent after each order is validated. If you haven’t received it, please check your **junk or spam folder**, as it may have been filtered.

Please note that the email is sent to the address linked to your **customer account**. If you have multiple email addresses, be sure to check all of them.
