# How do I choose the size of my body protector?

To determine the correct size, refer to the sizing guide provided on each product page. You need to measure your chest circumference, waist circumference just above the navel, and the back length from the base of the neck to the top of the tailbone.

Some body protectors are adjustable at the waist and chest circumference.

It is essential to select the correct back length. If the body protector is too long, the rider will have difficulty sitting comfortably in the saddle. If it is too short, the protection of the lower back and neck will not be ensured.
