# Can I try the products?

It is possible to try the products (helmets, airbags, protective vests) to ensure the model and size suit you. You have two options:

* **Visit the store**

We welcome you to our showroom Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM for fittings with the expert advice of our specialists. You can check product availability online or call us at 07 63 40 98 48 before your visit to ensure we have the product you want to try in stock.

As with any purchase, you have a withdrawal period during which you can return the product for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
