# Can I receive my order in two separate shipments?

If one of the items in your order is being restocked, it is possible to arrange a first shipment with the products currently in stock. You have two options:

* **Place two separate orders**: one with the items that are available, and a second with the restocked item(s). The first order will be shipped within the usual timeframe, and the second will be sent once your item becomes available.
* **Contact us to request a split shipment**. Please note that **additional shipping fees may apply** for the second delivery.

➡️ Split shipments are **not automatic**. Orders are shipped only once **all items** are in stock, unless a specific request is made.
